Ready to own and modernize the HR technology backbone of a fast-paced, multi-location enterprise? This new role sits at the intersection of strategy, systems, and operations, with the mandate to elevate how people data powers the business.
What You’ll Lead
• Build and execute a multi-year HR technology roadmap aligned to field operations, supply chain, and corporate priorities
• Own the full HR tech ecosystem, including core HRIS, payroll, time tracking, benefits, and workforce management platforms
• Direct large-scale implementations, system upgrades, integrations, and platform expansions
• Streamline and automate processes across the employee lifecycle to increase efficiency and reduce manual work
• Safeguard payroll accuracy and ensure multi-state compliance for hourly and salaried populations
• Oversee integrations across HR, finance, payroll, labor reporting, and analytics systems to maintain clean, reliable data
• Establish strong data governance, security standards, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, and Operations leaders to align technology strategy with business objectives
• Elevate workforce analytics and labor optimization capabilities to support smarter decision making
• Lead and develop the People Systems team, building depth and succession for long-term growth
What You Bring
• 3+ years managing HRIS teams in a company with multiple locations
• 10+ years of progressive HR technology leadership experience
• Deep experience implementing and optimizing enterprise HCM platforms
• Background supporting high volume, multi-state hourly populations
• Proven success driving enterprise system transformations and integrations
• Executive presence with the ability to influence across functions
