Location: Las Vegas, NV Area (Hybrid – 2 Days Remote)
Type: 4-Month Contract-to-Hire
Are you an experienced System Administrator ready to optimize critical enterprise infrastructure for a market leader? We are seeking a skilled, hands-on professional to manage hybrid cloud environments, core networking, and user identity systems.
Key Responsibilities

Identity & Cloud Management: Administer Entra ID (Azure AD), manage user provisioning/groups, Microsoft 365 services, distribution lists, and end-user devices via Intune.

Infrastructure & Security: Maintain physical and cloud networking (firewalls, routers, switches, LAN/WAN) alongside operating systems (Win 10/11, Server 2016+).

System Resilience: Oversee system backups, disaster-recovery testing, patch execution, security tooling, and incident-response procedures.

Projects: Drive IT projects, evaluate emerging technologies, and mentor junior staff while serving as a primary point of escalation.
Key Requirements

5+ years of Windows & Active Directory system administration experience.

Solid understanding of core networking protocols, security standards, and firewalls.

Strong diagnostic, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.

Ability to clear standard background checks and drug screenings (excludes marijuana).

US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided).
Preferred Experience

Certifications: Azure, Network+, Security+, or ITIL v4 framework knowledge.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure, and PowerShell scripting.
