RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee overall site operations to ensure project completion within budget and scope.
Supervise technical staff, installers, and contractors; may include mentoring and coaching.
Coordinate subcontractors and verify quality assurance standards.
Work with project coordinators to implement installation plans and procedures.
Identify potential risks and communicate strategies to minimize impact.
Ensure installations meet local and national standards.
Install, program, test, repair, and service security, fire, and building automation systems.
Act as main point of contact for technical support and client training.
Perform other duties as assigned.
This is a full-time, direct hire role, fully onsite, covering local client sites in the greater metro Omaha area. Minimal travel. Limited on-call, typically less than once monthly. Includes vehicle, tools, PPE, uniform, phone, and laptop. Strong internal team with room to grow!
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Strong field supervision and installation experience with electronic security systems.
Technical knowledge of systems such as access control, video monitoring, and related software.
Ability to assess quality and provide training post-assessment.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office applications.
Valid driver’s license.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
College degree in electronics or related field.
Previous project management or supervisory experience.
