Strategic Franchise Performance Advisor

Position Overview
We are seeking a high-impact Strategic Franchise Performance Advisor to join our leadership team in driving operational excellence and accelerated growth across a dynamic portfolio of premium wellness locations.In this pivotal role, you will leverage your proven expertise in operational optimization, sales leadership, and business transformation to elevate performance at scale. You will serve as a trusted advisor and catalyst for change, partnering directly with franchise owners and senior operators to maximize efficiency, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and significantly increase profitability across approximately 70 high-performing locations.This newly created position offers exceptional autonomy and visibility. You will play a central role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives that directly influence revenue growth, membership expansion, and bottom-line results (EBITDA) for a thriving, established organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a senior business strategist and advisor to franchise owners and leadership teams, delivering expert guidance on operational excellence, financial performance, and long-term business planning.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis (P&L, revenue streams, margins, and key performance indicators) to identify opportunities and implement data-driven strategies that drive sustainable profitability and growth.
  • Lead the development and execution of sales, marketing, and customer retention programs to boost membership sales, enhance guest loyalty, and strengthen market position.
  • Partner with corporate leadership to ensure consistent brand excellence, operational alignment, and high standards across all locations.
  • Identify and champion operational improvements across staffing, inventory optimization, service delivery, and overall guest experience.
  • Travel strategically across Florida (approximately 2 days per week in the field) while managing your own schedule to deliver hands-on support and relationship-building.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in franchise operations, multi-unit management, or business consulting.
  • Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and performance improvement.
  • Proven ability to blend strategic thinking with tactical execution to deliver measurable business results.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change and build strong partnerships at all levels.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the spa, wellness, or hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency with Power BI or similar analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with SMG or advanced customer/employee experience platforms.
