What You’ll Do

Technical Analysis: Perform gear tooth geometry ratings, shaft deflection, and bearing life selection.

System Design: Develop lubrication systems, housings, and full gear drive layouts.

Lifecycle Management: Disposition NMRs, issue ECNs, and manage requisitions in the BaaN ERP system.

Collaborate: Act as the technical lead for customers and sales; provide hands-on support to shop and assembly teams.

Quality Control: Review and approve detailed drawings for final shop release.
What You Bring

Education: B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 5+ years in linear/rotational machine design, specifically gears within the power transmission industry.

Software: Proficiency in 3D Modeling (SolidWorks preferred).

Technical Skills: Ability to interpret complex machine drawings and manage multiple engineering priorities.

Soft Skills: Creative problem-solving and excellent communication to bridge the gap between design and production.
