This is not a “desk-only” position. You will be a strategic onsite partner, walking the floor to understand operational needs and collaborating directly with leadership. You'll own the full lifecycle for high-volume roles (Material Handlers, Team Leads, etc.), ensuring our pipeline is as efficient as our distribution lines.
Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire funnel from intake to offer for a wide range of hourly and specialized logistics roles.
Workforce Strategy: Partner with site leadership to forecast labor needs and adjust sourcing in real-time.
Community Outreach: Lead “boots on the ground” sourcing, including hiring events, local partnerships, and job fairs.
Data-Driven Results: Monitor KPIs like Time-to-Fill and applicant flow to identify and fix bottlenecks.
Onboarding: Oversee the transition from candidate to employee, ensuring compliance and a smooth start.
Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, specifically within High-Volume environments (Warehouse, Manufacturing, or Distribution).
Tech Savvy: Proficient with ATS platforms and major job boards.
Presence: Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in the Whitestown, IN area.
Skills: Strong “hunter” mentality with the ability to manage high requisition loads.
