We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Junior UX/Product Specialist to support our team in building seamless user experiences and managing product workflows.
In this cross-functional role, you will assist with basic design and product tasks while staying organized! Enjoy a casual dress code, dynamic and high-energy team members, and the ability to learn and execute business skills from a leader in their industry.
This is a 6-month contract (potential to extend or convert to perm).
Work in a hybrid model in Houston: onsite Mon-Thu & remote on Fri.
Pay Range: $25-30/hr W2

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in conducting user research, gathering feedback, and translating user needs into functional design concepts and wireframes.
- Support product managers with backlog grooming, feature tracking, and day-to-day administrative project coordination.
- Organize, analyze, and present product performance and survey data using spreadsheet formulas and reports.
- Coordinate communication, schedule meetings, and manage email correspondence across stakeholder teams via Outlook.
- Help review user flows and test product updates to ensure alignment with overall UX standards and functional requirements.
REQUIRED:
- 1–2 years of experience (or equivalent internship experience) in Jr. UX Design and/or Jr. Product Manager roles
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel — creating pivot tables and executing VLOOKUP formulas to analyze datasets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a dependable work ethic with a proactive approach to problem-solving
