Are you a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer ready to own enterprise-grade security for an industry leader? We are seeking a Lead Cybersecurity Engineer to direct threat defense, shape cloud architecture, and lead incident response across a modern tech stack.
What You’ll Do:
• Architect and enforce Zero Trust principles, enterprise hardening, and DLP controls.
• Direct incident response engagements, root-cause analyses, and playbook development.
• Secure multi-cloud environments (Azure) and modern virtualization/container platforms (VMware, Docker, K8S).
• Drive threat hunting, purple teaming, and adversary emulation to validate controls. • Mentor junior engineers and align technical risk strategies with executive leadership.
• Oversee MSSP, SOC, and third-party vendor performance.
What You Bring:

8+ years of progressive, expert-level cybersecurity engineering.

Expert knowledge of enterprise security architecture, SIEM/EDR engineering, incident response, and threat detection.

Deep technical mastery securing Microsoft Azure cloud environments and enterprise virtualization/container platforms (VMware, Docker, Kubernetes).

Proven leadership in mentoring technical personnel and managing complex, cross-functional security projects.

Outstanding executive-level communication skills with the ability to articulate complex security risks to non-technical stakeholders.
