RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Manage Shared Inbox: Monitor and organize a dedicated team email inbox, serving as the primary point of contact for incoming vendor and carrier invoices.
  • Data Entry & Uploads: Accurately input, route, and upload invoice documentation into SAP Ariba following strict, standardized processing steps.
  • Vendor Discrepancy Resolution: Periodically make outbound calls or send emails to carriers to gather missing information or clarify billing details.
  • Process Compliance: Strict adherence to internal financial workflows and data entry guidelines; note that this role focuses entirely on document processing and does not involve collections or payment processing.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 1 year of experience in an administrator, operations, support, or coordinator position in a supply chain environment (Internship experience welcome!)
  • Prior exposure utilizing SAP Ariba or similar enterprise procurement/ERP software
  • Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of proficiency in high-volume, accurate data entry.
  • Excellent organizational skills with experience managing high-traffic shared email inboxes (e.g., Microsoft Outlook).
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills for occasional outreach to external logistics vendors and carriers.
  • Ability to closely follow repetitive, step-by-step technical workflows with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or similar
