Compliance Review: Evaluate corporate and regulatory physical assessment outcomes for regulatory alignment.
Workflow Management: Review medical documentation for completeness and route to the Occupational Health Nurse (OHN).
Information Gathering: Obtain necessary medical data from personnel or providers as directed.
Data Tracking: Monitor employee health metrics, status updates, and administrative suspensions.
Scheduling: Coordinate routine health evaluations according to organizational timelines.
Stakeholder Relations: Act as a liaison regarding employee and applicant work status.

3.9-year contract offering strong work-life balance in a corporate setting.
1+ years of related healthcare administrative experience.
Proficiency with MS 365 (Word, Outlook, Access) and EHR/EMR platforms. SAP/ERP exposure is preferred.
Strong data tracking, document control, and auditing capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree and clinical or hospital environment background preferred.
