Microsoft Copilot AI Consultant
Position Title: Microsoft Copilot AI Consultant (Contract-to-Advisory) Location: Marietta, GA (Hybrid) WFH Policy: On-site for initial Phase 1; Remote for ongoing Phase 2
Outstanding opportunity for a forward-thinking AI Strategist to lead a complete digital transformation. This is a tremendous chance to architect an AI ecosystem from the ground up, moving beyond basic chat functions to embed Microsoft Copilot into the fabric of a successful organization.
We are seeking a consultant to spearhead AI adoption in two phases: an intensive 2-week “Deep Dive” to set up infrastructure/training, followed by a long-term, part-time advisory role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Architect & Deploy: Audit M365 environments and deploy Copilot across all business units.

Prompt Engineering: Develop and document a customized “Prompt Library” to automate recurring technical and administrative tasks.

Strategic Training: Conduct hands-on workshops to upskill staff, ensuring high adoption and sophisticated usage.

Data Governance: Ensure security protocols via Microsoft Purview to prevent internal data over-sharing.

Continuous Optimization: Provide periodic audits to introduce new features and refine AI strategies.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

Proven experience leading Microsoft Copilot implementations (M365/Enterprise).

Deep expertise in Prompt Engineering (multi-step, complex workflows).

Strong understanding of M365 security, SharePoint permissions, and sensitivity labels.

Ability to map business processes and identify high-ROI AI use cases.

Excellent communication skills for training non-technical staff.
