RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the executional operations of company’s global offline match partner and customer data management. Includes fulfillment of all audience requests for use in Paid Media and other channels as needed
Work collaboratively with the IT Product and Customer Data team in the management of data flow into MarTech partners, understand and set paid media audience strategy globally
Work to ensure data privacy compliance and avoid negligent use of data within company
Analyzing audiences for target segmentation, brand persona development and performance
This is a 12-month contract with a possibility to extend or convert to direct-hire. Work a hybrid schedule in Atlanta, 1-2 days in office.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
2+ years in digital marketing, data management, or experience working with an advertising agency
Experience working with ad tech platforms (suppliers)
Working knowledge of first party data, LiveRamp, Salesforce Ad Studio, and/or 3rd party providers
Knowledge of AI to re-envision the program and optimize the use of AI
Knowledge of digital media and audience segmentation
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Organized, analytical, proactive, strong attention to detail
