We seek a candidate who works closely with developers, data teams and the business. This project focuses on developing a custom interface to assist associates in accurately processing complex, non-stock customer orders via Universal Receiving at distribution centers.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement a custom interface that simplifies the receipt of complex customer orders for warehouse associates.
  • Support an Agile balanced team structure to define requirements, prioritize the backlog, and execute deliverables.
  • Own story-level execution, partnering closely with teams to refine requirements and support accurate estimation of work
  • Coordinate day-to-day delivery activities to ensure progress against key commitments and timelines
  • Track and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
  • Collaborate with business partners to gather input, align priorities, and ensure deliverables meet expectations
  • Support basic project management functions, including planning, prioritization, and follow-through on action items

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 1+ years of Product Management experience
  • 2+ years experience with Warehouse Systems, specifically WMS or WES or WCS   
  • Proven experience writing and prioritizing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
  • Strong roadmap development and product planning skills
  • Hands-on experience with backlog grooming and refinement
  • Ability to break down large initiatives into well-defined, manageable work items
  • Experience working in Agile environments (sprint planning, stand-ups, iterative delivery)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
