We seek a candidate who works closely with developers, data teams and the business. This project focuses on developing a custom interface to assist associates in accurately processing complex, non-stock customer orders via Universal Receiving at distribution centers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement a custom interface that simplifies the receipt of complex customer orders for warehouse associates.
Support an Agile balanced team structure to define requirements, prioritize the backlog, and execute deliverables.
Own story-level execution, partnering closely with teams to refine requirements and support accurate estimation of work
Coordinate day-to-day delivery activities to ensure progress against key commitments and timelines
Track and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
Collaborate with business partners to gather input, align priorities, and ensure deliverables meet expectations
Support basic project management functions, including planning, prioritization, and follow-through on action items
Enjoy a casual dress code, dynamic and high-energy team members, and the ability to learn and execute business skills. This is a 7-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to direct hire. The role is working remotely.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
1+ years of Product Management experience
2+ years experience with Warehouse Systems, specifically WMS or WES or WCS
Proven experience writing and prioritizing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
Strong roadmap development and product planning skills
Hands-on experience with backlog grooming and refinement
Ability to break down large initiatives into well-defined, manageable work items
Experience working in Agile environments (sprint planning, stand-ups, iterative delivery)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
