We are looking for a platform-focused Product Manager to drive the evolution of our Internal Developer Platform (IDP) and streamline our enterprise tooling ecosystem. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive IDP Strategy: Lead the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Internal Developer Platform to enhance developer velocity.
- Collaborate with Technical Customers: Partner closely with internal engineering teams to gather feedback, define requirements, and translate technical needs into actionable product roadmaps.
- Manage Tooling Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of platform tools, ensuring seamless integration of APIs, microservices, and user interfaces.
- Optimize Workflows: Map, analyze, and optimize complex technical workflows to eliminate friction points for enterprise developers.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between engineering, architecture, and product leadership to ensure platform tooling aligns with broader enterprise goals.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 4+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of building enterprise-scale platforms or tooling around platforms.
- Hands-on past history successfully implementing or scaling an Internal Developer Platform (IDP).
- Exceptionally technology-savvy with the ability to confidently discuss, design, and critique architecture involving APIs, microservices, and modern UIs.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a demonstrated ability to influence technical customers and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Strong analytical skills to deconstruct complex technical ecosystems into user-friendly platform products.
