Product Manager

Join a high-performing squad where you'll collaborate closely with engineering and product management to shape, optimize, and ship seamless web and mobile experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Requirements Definition: Translate customer needs into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Backlog Management: Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure engineering teams have executable sprint work.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and development to align execution with business goals.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Track performance and user metrics to spot friction points and propose improvements.
  • Agile Collaboration: Lead agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, grooming, retros) to clarify requirements and remove blockers.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 3+ years of pr oduct management experience
  • Proven experience working with enterprise-level consumer-facing web or mobile applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with software engineers to deliver complex technical products.
  • Strong analytical skills to deconstruct complex technical ecosystems into user-friendly platform products.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for backlog management, user story mapping, and team documentation.
  • Hands-on experience using Postman (or similar tools) to test, inspect, and analyze APIs.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or BigQuery to  track performance metrics and inform product decisions.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience supporting supply chain or e-commerce fulfillment products
