RESPONSIBILITIES:
Requirements Definition: Translate customer needs into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Backlog Management: Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure engineering teams have executable sprint work.
Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and development to align execution with business goals.
Data-Driven Optimization: Track performance and user metrics to spot friction points and propose improvements.
Agile Collaboration: Lead agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, grooming, retros) to clarify requirements and remove blockers.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
3+ years of product management experience
Proven experience working with enterprise-level consumer-facing web or mobile applications.
Demonstrated ability to work directly with software engineers to deliver complex technical products.
Strong analytical skills to deconstruct complex technical ecosystems into user-friendly platform products.
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for backlog management, user story mapping, and team documentation.
Hands-on experience using Postman (or similar tools) to test, inspect, and analyze APIs.
Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or BigQuery to track performance metrics and inform product decisions.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Experience supporting supply chain or e-commerce fulfillment products
