RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Requirements Definition: Translate customer needs into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Backlog Management: Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure engineering teams have executable sprint work.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and development to align execution with business goals.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Track performance and user metrics to spot friction points and propose improvements.
- Agile Collaboration: Lead agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, grooming, retros) to clarify requirements and remove blockers.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 3+ years of pr oduct management experience
- Proven experience working with enterprise-level consumer-facing web or mobile applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with software engineers to deliver complex technical products.
- Strong analytical skills to deconstruct complex technical ecosystems into user-friendly platform products.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for backlog management, user story mapping, and team documentation.
- Hands-on experience using Postman (or similar tools) to test, inspect, and analyze APIs.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or BigQuery to track performance metrics and inform product decisions.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience supporting supply chain or e-commerce fulfillment products
