We are seeking a candidate who will work closely with a Product Manager and cross-functional stakeholders in a media environment. The ideal candidate will add value by delivering trustworthy measurement, improving data-driven decision-making, and helping align teams around a shared understanding of performance and impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to define measurement requirements
Build, Enhance, and maintain OLAP cubes by adding new dimensions to improve data insights
Own the roadmap for attribution and measurement products
Prioritize features that improve data accuracy, transparency, and usability
Translate statistical and analytical concepts into clear product requirements
Write SQL from scratch to extract and transform data into BigQuery
Ensure data models align with business goals and decision-making needs
Communicate insights, trade-offs, and limitations of attribution methods to stakeholders
Enjoy a casual dress code, dynamic and high-energy team members, and the ability to learn and execute business skills. This is a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to direct hire. The role is working remotely.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on marketing measurement and media-related products (Marketing Measurement, Multi-touch Attribution, Incremental Attribution)
Proven experience writing, prioritizing, and managing user stories and product backlogs
Strong SQL skills, including writing queries from scratch to extract data from a data warehouse
Experience building and enhancing dimensions within OLAP cubes or similar analytical models
Ability to clearly communicate product roadmaps, planning, and priorities to diverse stakeholders
Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira
Demonstrated experience with backlog grooming and refinement
Strong ability to communicate, influence, and collaborate with both functional and technical teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Experience breaking down complex initiatives into well-defined, actionable deliverables
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree required
