RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Strategy & Decisioning: Architect and scale Next Best Action (NBA) frameworks to deliver personalized customer journeys across omnichannel touchpoints.
  • Lifecycle Activation: Design end-to-end marketing activation strategies aligned with customer lifecycle stages to drive retention, cross-sell, and loyalty.
  • Roadmap & Prioritization: Develop outcome-based roadmaps, translating strategic goals into actionable initiatives backed by quantitative business cases.
  • Experimentation & Optimization: Establish robust A/B and multivariate testing strategies to continuously measure, refine, and optimize personalization performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with data science, marketing technology (MarTech), analytics, and product teams to translate strategic vision into scalable technical execution.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 4+ years in MarTech Product Management, leading digital products from concept to launch using outcome-based roadmaps.
  • Experience with Next Best Action (NBA) frameworks, CDPs, and marketing automation to power personalized customer lifecycles.
  • Experience with Excel and Basic SQL
  • Skilled in leveraging ML predictive models, customer metrics, and performance data to build business cases and prioritize features.
  • Proven track record in designing experimentation and testing strategies to optimize conversion and customer engagement.
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas and influence cross-functional teams to drive action.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related
