RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary operational lead supporting Product Managers in Jira Align, maintaining portfolio data integrity, and facilitating quarterly planning and OKR processes.
- Monitor Jira Align dashboards to identify unlinked work, unburden team capacity, and offload active tasks not tied to broader initiatives.
- Ensure execution aligns with strategy by locating unmapped Epics and tying them directly to business capabilities.
- Partner with Product Managers to clarify missing or misaligned Epics and update Jira Align accordingly.
- Independently manage, execute, and deliver strategic projects that fall outside the bandwidth or core scope of the Product Management team.
- Oversee technology supplier relationships, manage operational vendor activities, and handle associated contract administration.
- Track budgets, process purchase orders, manage invoices, and support overall financial administration for the Product organization.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to track portfolio metrics, deliver stakeholder reports, and maintain operational discipline across teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 3+ years of experience working in a Project Management, Project Coordination, Portfolio Management or Program Management role
- Exposure to working with Jira Align – understand big picture portfolio management, workflow, and to ensure projects are tied to larger initiatives
- Exposure to managing portfolio governance and leading cross-functional business and technology initiatives.
- Experience working in Jira – foundational knowledge
- Intermediate Excel experience (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
- Experience with Power BI (or similar) for generating reports to translate operational data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and align diverse teams.
- Bachelor's Degree
