In this role, you will develop effective plans to control project scope, schedule, and cost, ensuring adherence to the project plan.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct Retail and Supply Chain initiatives through all project lifecycle phases, maintaining oversight of scope, timelines, dependencies, and risk management.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business leaders to align priorities, drive cross-functional accountability, and ensure smooth delivery.
- Synthesize project progress, key metrics, and strategic risks into clear executive-level updates and presentations.
- Identify and implement opportunities to integrate AI, automation, and modern workflows to improve reporting accuracy and team productivity.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 4+ years in a Project Management role (supporting software applications in a supply chain environment)
- Experience working in an Enterprise environment or a proven track record managing large-scale, complex projects
- Advanced proficiency in Smartsheets/Excel and PPT
- Experience with Jira or Jira Align
- Exposure to AI Productivity tools (Copilot or similar)
- Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Experience communicating project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
- Ability to identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor's Degree
