Project Planning Analyst

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, driven professional to join a collaborative team supporting new company-wide initiatives currently being rolled out across multiple business areas.

This role involves coordinating and supporting a variety of implementation projects, blending data management, scheduling, research, inventory coordination, data analysis, and continuous process improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Review product layouts and confirm data accuracy before implementation.
  • Research and identify potential impacts from overlapping programs.
  • Schedule projects, coordinate materials, and manage delivery timelines.
  • Communicate layout discrepancies and support quick issue resolution.
  • Track upcoming rollouts and ensure timely bulk material orders.
  • Maintain project data in internal systems and master tracking files.
  • Partner with field and cross-functional teams to meet key milestones.
  • Conduct project audits to confirm readiness and quality.
  • Source materials and labor quotes, place orders, and manage logistics.
  • Provide scheduling and operational support to field teams.

This role is working in the office.  
 
REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 2-4 years of professional work experience as a Project Analyst or Project Coordinator or Project Manager
  • 1 year of retail experience
  • Experience executing a Project – understand scope and how you run a project from start to finish
  • Intermediate Excel skills – ability to do VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables, SUMIF – using weekly in current role
  • Process Improvement
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics Operations, or similar field)
