In this role, you’ll support issue resolution efforts tied to product transitions, serving as a key contact for identifying and resolving obstacles that impact store execution. This position combines root cause analysis, order management, scheduling, data entry, research, inventory tracking, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and resolve issues logged in internal systems
- Act as liaison between field teams and corporate partners to drive solutions
- Place and track labor, outbound, and direct-to-location orders
- Assist with scheduling and one-off issue management for field partners
- Oversee post-implementation follow-ups for resets
- Partner with planners to adjust assortments and timelines
This is a 12-month contract with potential extension or conversion in Atlanta. Work in the office, enjoy a casual dress environment, and collaborate with energetic team members while gaining valuable business experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
- Proven experience managing projects from start to finish
- Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills
- Intermediate Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
- Process improvement and critical thinking abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills
