Strategic Ownership: Act as the primary SME for Service Cloud, aligning platform capabilities with global operational goals.
Solution Design: Lead requirements gathering sessions with executive stakeholders to translate complex needs into functional user stories and process flows.
System Optimization: Execute hands-on declarative builds (Flows, Omni-Channel, Case Management) to automate and scale workflows.
Data Intelligence: Architect advanced dashboards and KPIs that provide leadership with real-time, actionable insights.
Adoption & Governance: Spearhead change management initiatives, user training, and UAT to ensure high platform engagement and data integrity.
Experience: 1+ years of dedicated Salesforce Service Cloud expertise (Analyst or SME level).
Consultative Mindset: Exceptional ability to influence stakeholders and guide teams through digital transformation.
Technical Savvy: Strong experience building dashboards and reports. Mastery of Flows, Validation Rules, and Salesforce integrations (APIs/Middleware); experience with Agile/Jira.
Communication: Very consultative, with excellent communication skills. A natural storyteller who can present technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
Hybrid Flexibility: Based in Irvine, CA, or Fort Worth, TX. (1–3 days in-office weekly).
Compensation: $80k – $108k + Profit Sharing & 401(k) match.
