We are seek a high-caliber SAP Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale SAP implementations from inception through post-go-live support. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who has mastered the art of the SAP Cutover and thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. As a key leader, you will bridge the gap between technical workstreams and executive leadership, ensuring that our digital transformation goals are met with precision.
This is an excellent 6-month+ contract opportunity for a detail-oriented PM who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys managing multiple streams independently. You will work onsite two days a week in Alpharetta. Often, the on-site days are Tuesday and Wednesday, but this is subject to change.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

End-to-End Delivery: Lead the full lifecycle of SAP implementations (S/4HANA preferred) using SAP Activate or ASAP methodologies.

Cutover Leadership: Direct the creation and execution of comprehensive cutover plans, including data migration, system freezes, and manual configuration checklists.

Stakeholder Management: Act as a polished, professional liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.

Resource & Budget Oversight: Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, ensuring high-quality delivery within scope.

Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify project bottlenecks and technical risks, developing contingency plans to ensure zero downtime during critical transitions.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- SAP Project Management Expertise: Proven track record of successfully leading at least 2-3 full-cycle SAP implementations as a Project Manager.

Cutover Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience managing the “Go-Live” phase, including technical and business cutover activities.

Consulting Background: Prior experience in a management consulting environment is strongly preferred, bringing a disciplined and client-centric approach to project delivery.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to present complex technical roadmaps to C-suite executives with clarity and confidence.

Location: Ability to work on-site at our Alpharetta, GA office at least two days per week.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred; PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
PREFERRED SKILLS:

PMP or SAP Project Management Certification.

Experience with S/4HANA migrations.

Familiarity with OCM (Organizational Change Management) principles.
