Senior Business Analyst – Enterprise Financial Systems
Seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst to drive a mission-critical financial systems initiative. You will bridge executive strategy and technical execution across core financial planning and enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional workshops to define requirements for budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

Own product backlog management within an Agile ALM framework—authoring clear epics, features, and user stories with precise acceptance criteria.

Map current- and future-state workflows, data pipelines, and platform integrations (e.g., enterprise ERPs like Oracle, NetSuite).

Partner with engineering leads and project managers during Sprint and PI Planning to align technical delivery with business objectives.

Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), partnering with stakeholders to validate solution delivery and resolve issues.
What We’re Looking For:

6+ years as a Business Systems Analyst managing end-to-end SDLC in Agile environments.

Deep experience gathering requirements for core corporate finance solutions.

Expertise in backlog grooming, story mapping, and requirement refinement within Agile management tools (ADO/Jira).

Strong capability in business process design, data flow mapping, and systems integration concepts (APIs, reporting models).

Consultative mindset with exceptional stakeholder communication skills.

Must pass a background check.
Position Details:

Type: 3–4 Month Contract (Potential to extend/convert)

Location: Hybrid (2 days on-site in Northwest Atlanta / Galleria area, 3 days remote)
