Senior Consultant-Strategic Initatives
We are seeking an experienced and highly collaborative AI Strategic Consultant to support a leading enterprise Atlanta company as they expand their AI offerings.. This individual will work in partnership directly with executive leadership, including the VP of AI and Intelligent Automation, to help shape and drive the organization’s AI strategy and innovation initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong management/strategict consulting background who thrives at the intersection of business transformation, emerging technology, and executive stakeholder engagement. The consultant will help identify opportunities for AI adoption, develop business use cases, and translate organizational needs into actionable strategic initiatives and product concepts.
Responsibilities

Partner closely with the VP of AI and Intelligent Automation and other senior stakeholders to develop enterprise AI strategies and roadmaps

Facilitate discussions with business leaders to identify challenges, opportunities, and AI-driven solutions across the organization

Gather and translate stakeholder needs into strategic requirements, business cases, and use cases for AI and intelligent automation initiatives

Evaluate and recommend new AI-enabled products, services, and operational improvements

Lead strategic discovery sessions, workshops, and executive presentations

Collaborate across technical and business teams to align strategy with implementation priorities

Conduct market, competitive, and organizational analysis to support innovation and transformation efforts

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership
Required Skills

Approximately 5+ years of management/strategic consulting experience (flexibility for candidates with slightly more or less experience based on overall fit and capability)

5 years experience working within a Big 4 consulting firm or a reputable regional consulting organization

Strong background in strategy consulting, business transformation, or enterprise innovation initiatives

Proven experience engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop strategic use cases and business solutions

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence executive audiences

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management skills

Bachelor’s Degree required
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting AI, intelligent automation, digital transformation, or emerging technology initiatives

Familiarity with enterprise operating models and organizational change initiatives

Experience working within large enterprise environments
