Senior Oracle Integration Engineer (Hybrid – Orange County, CA)

A leading, global food production and manufacturing enterprise is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to design and implement scalable, high-performance integration solutions connecting our enterprise ecosystem and cloud applications.

This is a highly technical, hands-on role where you will lead the architecture of integration workflows, manage middleware platforms, and optimize data flows across a hybrid cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect & Develop: Build enterprise integration solutions using iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft Anypoint, OIC) across hybrid and on-premise setups.

  • ERP Connectivity: Lead integration efforts supporting core cloud ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR) to ensure reliable, high-performing data exchange.

  • API Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of RESTful/SOAP APIs, including design, testing, monitoring, and optimization.

  • Optimize Data Flow: Create and maintain critical data pipelines using ERP web services, bulk data imports, and event-driven frameworks.

  • Collaborate & Mentor: Partner with business analysts, ERP functional teams, and vendors to streamline external applications. Provide technical mentorship to IT peers.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on integration development experience with enterprise ERP systems and APIs.

  • Middleware Expertise: Heavy hands-on experience with MuleSoft and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including orchestration, adapters, and ERP integration patterns.

  • ERP Architecture: Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP architecture, including modules such as Finance, SCM, or HCM.

  • Integration Methods: Deep experience integrating with Oracle Fusion utilizing SOAP/REST APIs, FBDI (File-Based Data Import), and BI Publisher / OTBI extracts.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript; strong data transformation skills (XML, JSON, SQL).

  • Security & Protocols: Familiarity with API security (OAuth, JWT), event-driven architectures, and EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT).

  • Education & Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or a related field. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Sponsorship is unavailable).

Compensation & Perks

  • Salary: $120,000 – $172,000 + Profit Sharing
