Senior Project Manager
An established enterprise is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive high-priority, well-funded data initiatives. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the Midtown office (convenient transit access) and offers premium office amenities and paid parking. This is a 6-month contract with a strong likelihood of ongoing 6-month renewals.
Responsibilities:

Oversee scope, timelines, budgets, and integration for data governance and migration initiatives.

Balance delivery duties, acting 50% as a PM and 50% as a Scrum Master depending on project needs.

Facilitate cross-functional communication, manage off-site vendor teams, and mitigate risks.

Coordinate security development projects to safeguard facilities, personnel, and information assets.

Lead status meetings, build Jira boards, track deliverables, and maintain project documentation.
Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Project Management experience with a history of long-term engagements (contracts of 1+ years preferred).

Active CSM Certification with practical Scrum Master and Agile/Waterfall framework experience.

Deep expertise in data domains, ETL, data pipelines, and Teradata.

Proven background managing major data migration projects, specifically transitioning historical data into Databricks.

Strong experience writing business requirements and managing 3rd-party vendors.

Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Preferred: PMP and SAFe Agile exposure.
