Senior SAP Project Manager / Scrum Master
Visionaire Partners is seeking a versatile lead for a high-profile initiative managing work across SAP Finance and a proprietary technical asset management application. This role oversees three scrum teams and requires a professional capable of transitioning seamlessly between Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Program Manager responsibilities.
Primary Responsibilities:

Direct the full project lifecycle from scoping through implementation.

Maintain accountability for budget, timeline, quality, and project scope.

Develop milestones and lead day-to-day resource direction.

Facilitate change management and stakeholder communication plans.

Manage documentation, status reporting, and external vendor integration within Agile ceremonies.
Required Experience:

10+ years in Project Management; 3+ years as a Scrum Master (CSM required).

5+ years with SAP S/4HANA cloud, including SolMan, GRC, and Source-to-Pay.

Expertise in SAP Finance (FI, FI TAX, PI/PO) and Agile frameworks (SAFe, Kanban).

High proficiency in Jira, Jira Align, MS Project, and Visio.

Proven track record with large-scale cloud migrations and multi-vendor environments.
