Partner with business teams, vendors, and technical resources to deliver enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing modernization efforts across field applications and operational technology systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop, maintain, and support Field Technology applications and integrations.
Configure, develop, and support Ignition applications, dashboards, and system integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and integration issues.
Develop and maintain APIs, services, and backend processes.
Participate in application modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support production deployments, upgrades, patches, and system maintenance activities.
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation and support materials.
Participate in incident response and operational support activities as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to deliver technology solutions.
This is a 6-month contract position. This role is onsite, Monday – Friday in Alpharetta.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
4+ years of software development or application support experience.
Hands-on experience with Ignition by Inductive Automation.
Experience with one or more programming languages such as C#.
Experience developing or supporting WEB APIs and system integrations.
Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with cross-functional teams.
