Service Designer (Live Anywhere, except CA) Our client is seeking a high-achieving professional to capitalize on your career with a global company.
You will be joining a customer experience team translating research insights into clear recommendations to support design and service direction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develope end-to-end journey maps and service blueprints to pinpoint systemic gaps
Conduct and synthesized tree testing, first-click testing, A/B testing, and concept evaluations to validate design iterations
Facilitated workshops to align Product, Marketing, and Design teams on unified strategy and user goals
Create visual guides (maps and diagrams) that show how a service works from start to finish.
Interview users to find out what’s working and what’s broken, then turn those notes into a plan of action.
Work with tech, product, and leadership teams to make sure everyone is on the same page.
Run workshops and meetings to come up with new ideas and test them out quickly.
Create simple, professional presentations for bosses to explain why we should make certain changes.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
3+ years of mix of experience with Service Design and Business or Consulting background
Experience developing customer-facing experiences
Strong proficiency in Miro for developing service blueprints, journey maps, and collaborative ideation.
Advanced PowerPoint (PPT) skills to create and deliver compelling executive-level strategy decks.
Strong proficiency in Jira for managing tasks and collaborating within agile workflows.
Foundational knowledge or working experience with Figma.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on storytelling and stakeholder management.
Must be eligible to work in the US without Visa sponsorship or transfer.
