Join our team as a Sr. Business Analyst spearheading business analysis across interconnected systems, functions, and executive stakeholder groups. This position is structured as a direct career pathway into formal people management.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain strategic relationships across business units to evaluate operating environments, priorities, and opportunities.

Direct requirement strategies, process reengineering, user acceptance testing (UAT/QA), and cross-functional dependency management.

Partner with technology and business leaders to assess solution options, ROI, and system integration impacts.

Mentor project analysts, review deliverables, and refine overall BA governance, change control, and SDLC practices.

Assist with scope tracking, risk mitigation, and milestone alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements & Qualifications:

5+ years of progressive business analysis experience implementing technical solutions, including demonstrated leadership.

Proficiency with SDLC frameworks, relational data, basic SQL, reports, and system data flows.

Proven ability to build consensus and influence cross-functional technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience with enterprise tools (like PeopleSoft), APIs, data visualization, wholesale distribution, or logistics is a plus.
Work Location & Schedule:

Location: Atlanta, GA (Direct-hire / Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
