This role oversees complex transportation initiatives and daily logistics execution, leveraging advanced data analytics and strategic planning to optimize supply chain performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and monitor daily events and shipments using TMS and specialized query programs.
- Update and analyze Tableau dashboards and automated reports to audit carrier compliance.
- Manage Zendesk/Supplier Hub tickets and generate Advanced Shipment Notifications (ASN).
- Lead weekly performance read-outs across multiple organizational levels and host carrier follow-up meetings.
- Execute event-based load planning six months in advance
- Coordinate daily with carriers and suppliers to ensure seamless transportation of varied product categories.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 3+ years as a Data Analyst working on Supply Chain or Business Data with the ability to maintain and rebuild complex data queries utilizing SQL.
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience in analyzing and updating data from Tableau
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, MIS, Business Intelligence, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Exposure with Power BI, BigQuery, Knime, and R
- Exposure Python, Java, and HTML/CSS
- Exposure to Anaconda and Google Workspace
