Sr. Decision Analyst – Marketing Analytics (Local to GA)
Love lookups, logic, and driving real business strategy? Join our Test & Learn team as a Senior Analyst, where you’ll run hypothesis testing on emerging ad channels, track real performance impact, and deliver the final verdict straight to leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Intake & Coordination: Log inbound Proof of Concept (POC) requests in Salesforce and partner closely with Activation Specialists to coordinate ad execution.
Experimentation & A/B Testing: Design hypothesis tests, segment target audiences, and track critical performance metrics including impressions, clicks, sales, and revenue.
Data Extraction & Analysis: Query performance data from Google BigQuery (or similar data warehouses) using SQL and deep-dive into trends using advanced Excel.
Strategy & Executive Reporting: Synthesize complex test results into concise PowerPoint presentations, delivering clear go/no-go recommendations and future strategies directly to management.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
2-5 years of experience working in Data Analytics
Strong background in statistics with proven experience in hypothesis testing and A/B testing methodologies.
Advanced SQL Skills: Mastery of writing clean queries, executing complex inner/outer joins, and ensuring data integrity without duplication.
Advanced Excel Skills: Proficient with SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables for rapid data manipulation.
Communication & Insights: Exceptional communication skills with a track record of translating complex data into actionable, executive-ready business recommendations.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple testing requests simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics or related field
PREFERRED SKILLS
Domain Experience: Background in marketing analytics with the ability to confidently evaluate emerging advertising channels.
