We are seeking a Strategic SEO partner who will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders in a Technical Marketing environment. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Partner closely with the Online and Marketing teams to align on upcoming business goals and product roadmaps.
  • Provide Strategic Guidance: Analyze future plans and proactively recommend solutions to maximize SEO growth and mitigate risks.
  • Focus on Big-Picture Strategy: Drive high-level SEO planning and structural impact rather than hands-on content creation.
  • Partner with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to define measurement requirements
  • Analyze product roadmaps to uncover potential SEO issues early, ensuring development cycles align with evolving business goals.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration between marketing, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure project success.
  • Author comprehensive, detailed user stories for development teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  •  Professional experience supporting Enterprise or Enterprise client with large sites (millions of pages)
  • 3+ years of SEO experience, with some exposure to technical and/or structural strategy rather than content creation or copywriting.
  • Proven ability to analyze product roadmaps and identify potential SEO bottlenecks, risks, or optimization opportunities early in the planning cycle.
  • Strong collaborative skills with experience partnering across Online, Marketing, and Product teams to align SEO recommendations with broader business goals.
  • Analytical mindset capable of evaluating high-level strategy and prioritizing initiatives based on potential business impact.
  • Basic understanding of product development workflows and how website or structural changes impact search engine visibility.
  • Intermediate Excel 
  • Ability to clearly communicate product roadmaps, planning, and priorities to diverse stakeholders
  • Strong ability to communicate, influence, and collaborate with both functional and technical teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Familiar with marketing analytics tools
  • Bachelor’s degree required
