Are you a proactive problem-solver with a knack for hands-on tech support? Visionaire Partners is seeking a Technical Support Analyst for a high-impact, 6-week contract, primarily serving our Peoria, AZ locations and providing secondary regional support for Surprise, Avondale, and Mesa.
The focus of this role is in-person support. You’ll be the face of IT, tackling everything from Level I-III tickets to PC imaging and network troubleshooting.
Timeline: June 1, 2026 – July 10, 2026
Impact: Support local users while collaborating with Security, Apps, and Infrastructure teams.
Triage and resolve complex hardware, software, and network incidents.
Image/configure out-of-the-box PCs and ensure full encryption.
Interface with IT Security to execute and uphold governance policies.
Provide white-glove desk-side support and back-up support to the help desk (calls/chat).
Experience: 3+ years in Technical Support (Windows, MS Office, Active Directory).
Skills: Strong documentation, PC imaging, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
Mobility: Valid DL, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle to transport equipment between offices.
Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours and potentially some weekends
Status: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship).
