Technical Support Analyst (Contract-to-Hire | Salt Lake City, UT)

Ready to be the hero people call when tech goes sideways? We’re looking for a sharp Technical Support Analyst who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and making an immediate impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide ~65% hands-on, in-person support and ~35% phone/remote support

  • Support multiple Utah locations (primarily Greater SLC) and assist users nationwide

  • Triage and resolve Level I–III incidents and service requests

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and security issues

  • Image, re-image, and configure PCs; install approved applications and access

  • Validate issue resolution and document everything in the ITSM system

  • Partner with infrastructure, security, applications, and database teams

  • Create and maintain knowledge-base articles

  • Participate in continual service improvement initiatives

  • Rotate help desk coverage (calls, email, chat) and assist with special projects

  • Occasional travel to other states for project support

  • Flexible schedule required, including some on-call or weekend work

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of technical support experience

  • Strong Windows, MS Office, Active Directory, hardware, and software support skills

  • Desk-side support experience and excellent customer service instincts

  • Strong documentation and communication skills

  • Consultative, user-first mindset

  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle

  • Ability to transport IT equipment between offices

  • Pass background check and drug test (excluding marijuana)

Nice to Have

  • Cisco UCM Cloud experience
