The Role
In this 6-month 100% remote contract, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for a next-generation DMS platform. You will ensure seamless functionality across fixed ops, variable ops, and accounting, balancing remote troubleshooting.
Core Responsibilities
System Optimization: Resolve complex tickets and manage application configurations to maximize dealership efficiency.
Implementation & Training: Provide hands-on onboarding for new feature releases and system updates.
Compliance & Integrity: Support SOX reporting standards and ensure rigorous data integrity across all platforms.
Strategic Support: Document system issues, track resolutions, and participate in process improvement meetings to align tech functionality with business goals.
Requirements
Platform Expertise: 1+ years of direct, hands-on experience with the Tekion DMS platform.
Industry Tenure: 5+ years of experience managing dealership-specific applications.
Operational Knowledge: Strong functional understanding of end-to-end dealership workflows.
Professionalism: Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Screening: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen (excluding marijuana).
