Visionaire Partners is seeking a Time & Attendance Migration Consultant to lead a high-priority transition to the latest ADP Workforce Management (WFM) platform.
This is a 100% remote contract (through July, 31 2026) with a preference for candidates in Pittsburgh, PA, for hybrid collaboration.
Migration: Assist with transitioning to ADP WFM, optimizing workflows, and streamlining outdated processes.
UAT Leadership: Own the User Acceptance Testing lifecycle, including scenario development and validation for complex pay codes, accruals, and scheduling logic.
System Configuration: Configure core WFM functionality: labor forecasting, job hierarchies, custom dashboards, and exception workflows.
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with ADP and internal stakeholders to ensure data integrity, successful cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
Change Management: Design training strategies to drive field adoption and reduce manual interventions through automation.
3+ Years Experience: Deep expertise in WFM/Time & Attendance systems (ADP WFM, UKG Dimensions, or Kronos).
Migration Pro: Proven track record with full-lifecycle implementations for large, multi-site populations.
Technical Depth: Strong understanding of T&A architecture (pay codes, labor distribution, and payroll integration).
Soft Skills: Consultative mindset with excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills.
Direct experience with ADP Workforce Manager.
Familiarity with military timekeeping policies or complex leave structures.
