Exciting contract opportunity for someone who loves technology, and is highly motivated to be successful and grow their career as a Visualization Expert within a top notch enterprise environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work directly with professionals across various facets of Global Operations (ie: Contact Center, Solution Delivery, Vertical Client Implementation Leaders, Sales teams) to design, document, test, and support the construction of internal Data Visual solutions that tell the desired insights story.
- Perform analysis of existing and new data and processes to measure data quality, value of data and accuracy of data.
- Build wireframes and mock-ups of dashboards and reports as needed to communicate visualization/functionality internally, combining business requirements and existing process and data knowledge to understand opportunity and design better dashboards.
- Create informative presentation-ready visualizations and analyses internally using Spotfire, BI, Salesforce and/or other open source visualization technologies for Operations leadership.
- Follow existing strategies, standards and best practices in the areas of data visualization, data access and data integration within the Global Operations various analytical platforms.
- Will work in multiple languages including JavaScript.
- Use agile data wrangling methodologies for extraction and transformation of data using SQL, R, or Python to derive data marts to drive dashboards and visualizations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities.
This is an 18 month contract opportunity. It is an outstanding opportunity to learn and grow your skills in a team that is seeking innovation in product and technology. Candidates must be located in Atlanta, GA and work 3 days a week in office and two days remotely!

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Looker & LookML Expert: Advanced proficiency in Looker (Core and Studio) and LookML to build, model, and roll out interactive dashboards (such as for EFX AI Advisor).

Advanced SQL & BigQuery: Strong data manipulation skills to extract, transform, and wrangle data from Google BigQuery into clean data marts.

Web Development (HTML & JavaScript): Practical experience using HTML and JavaScript to customize, enhance, and support internal data visualization solutions.

Dashboard Wireframing & Design: Ability to take rough concepts or wireframes and translate them into polished, presentation-ready, and visually compelling data stories for leadership.

Data Wrangling (Python or R): Experience using Python or R within an Agile methodology to perform data quality analysis and execute data transformations.

Iterative Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with data owners, technical teams, and onshore/offshore stakeholders through fast-paced feedback loops from design to deployment.

Pay range: $48-51/hour W2
