RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the organization’s content management system (CMS), including digital publishing workflows, daily execution of web content tasks, and ongoing website updates.
Partner with technology and user experience teams to evaluate, prioritize, and implement new functionality and website enhancements.
Understand website performance, user behavior, engagement metrics and conversion rates utilizing web analytics platforms to identify opportunities for optimization.
Manage web production backlog by triaging incoming requests, prioritizing tasks to meet service level agreements and keeping stakeholders informed.
Own the execution of Figma design mockups provided by the UX team, ensuring output quality while defining reusable digital interface patterns to optimize development timelines and usability across platforms.
Support campaign landing pages, lead generation initiatives, personalization efforts and conversion rate optimization strategies.
Coordinate cross-functionally with business, technology, content, and brand strategists to align web updates with organizational strategy and non-technical stakeholders.
This is a 12 month contract opportunity. Candidates must be located in St. Louis, MO and work 4 days a week in office and 1 day remotely (Friday)!

REQUIRED SKILLS:
5+ years of professional experience as a Web UI Developer
Bachelor’s Degree
Proven ability to manage web operations for multiple websites across an organization in an agile work environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage ticket queues, prioritize competing deadlines, and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong technical understanding of content management systems and how web technologies function with a basic understanding of web coding languages including (HTML, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript and related web markup used to troubleshoot formatting, layout, accessibility, and publishing issues.)
Fluency in design or prototyping tools for managing design-to-development handoffs to ensure accurate, compliant and brand-consistent user experiences across desktops, mobile devices, and tablets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Experience with CMS migrations, website redesigns, and digital experience translation
Use of AI tools to accelerate production, automate workflows, and increase efficiency
Strong understanding of a CRM or SalesForce
Demonstrated experience with personalization or A/B Testing tools like Optimizely
